Are your Caravans built for Indian Terrains?
Yes, Our Caravans are specially designed & built for Indian terrains.
Does the Caravans come with a Driver?
Yes, we provide a dedicated Driver & Helper with Voyager and only a Driver with Wanderer and Sprinter.
Do you have self-driven Caravans?
No, Currently we do not have any self-driven Caravans as these are large size caravans and driving them in mountain terrains needs special training & expertise.
Do you have Toilet / Bathroom facilities in your Caravans?
Yes, all our Caravans are equipped with clean Toilet & shower.
Rental Process Questions
How do I reserve a caravan rental?
You may book our Caravans by visiting our website www.bharatcaravans.com or downloading our App.
What are the rental requirements?
You only need to select your City, give your Date range, provide number of Adults & kids and select your models to book.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, you need to book our caravans for a minimum of 1 day. The onboarding and offboarding dates can be the same as long as the drop off is prior to 10:30 pm on the same day.
What are the Check-In / Check-Out Timings?
Check-In Time : 08:30 am, Check-Out Time : 10:30 pm.
How the distance and time are calculated?
All distance and time are calculated from Garage to Garage.
Caravan Information Questions
What amenities are included in the caravan?
Our Caravans are equipped with ACs, Heaters, Geysers, Smart TV, Surround Sound System, Genset, Bathroom with Toilet, Microwave Oven, Fridge, Wi-Fi, GPS, Awning etc.
How many people can the caravan accommodate?
In Voyager 6 Adults & 2 Kids up to the age of 12 years can easily be accommodate.
In Wanderer 4 Adults & 2 Kids up to the age of 12 years can easily be accommodate.
In Sprinter 2 Adults and 2 Kids up to the age of 12 years can accommodate.
Are pets allowed in the caravan?
No, pets are not allowed inside the Caravans to travel with the Customers.
Payment and Fees Questions
What are the payment options?
You can make online payments through Debit / Credit Cards, Commercial Cards, Net-Banking, UPI, Wallets, QR Code etc.
Can I get a Caravan booked by only paying some advance?
No, you need to make 100% payment to book a Caravan.
What items available inside the Caravan on FOC basis?
Drinking Water Bottles, Tea, Coffee sachets and Snacks items are available inside the Caravan on foc basis.
Are there any additional fees or charges?
Apart from Caravan Rentals and Additional Services, there are no other / hidden charges
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy is as below:
• 7 Days prior to the Booking Date – 30% Deductions
• 5 Days prior to the Booking Date – 50% Deductions
• 3 Days prior to the Booking Date – 70% Deductions
Any cancellation before 3 days of Booking Date – No refund
Do you have any Discounts for longer Bookings?
Yes, we do offer discounts for longer bookings. Please call us @ 9147383690 to know the current offers.
How much is the Free run per day?
We are providing 150 kms of free run every day. Thus, if a Caravan is hired for 5 Days, Customers will get 750 kms of free run altogether.
What is the maximum permissible limit for continuous driving?
For our Caravans, maximum continuous driving duration is for 12 Hrs. or 300 Kms (400 kms for Sprinter model) only (whichever occurs first). BHARAT CARAVANS reserves the right to stop the journey if it is neither good for the chauffeur nor the car for prolonged journeys.
What is the Wallet System for Customer?
We have created an online Wallet for the Customers, where all types of Reward and Refund Points would be accumulated.
What is Reward & Refud Points and is there any upper limit to redeem these points?
Reward points are the points customers earns against their confirmed bookings. These points may be redeemed at future bookings up to maximum of 5000 points each booking.
Refund points are the points accumulated in the wallet against the cancellation of any booking, when customer decided not to take the refund amount in the bank and instead converted them in the points.
At any point of time customer may redeem, use these points in any booking. There is no upper limit in this case and customer may utilise all the points in one transaction.
What is Redeemable & Non-Redeemable points in case of Agents?
Agents Wallet is divided into 2 parts, Redeemable & Non-redeemable points. When an Agent is booking Caravan on behalf of his/her Customer, he/she is getting points credited into his/her wallet. These are non-redeemable points. As soon as journey is completed, these points convert into Redeemable points and Agent may redeem these points in cash at any point of time.
Pickup and Return Questions
Where can I pick up the caravan?
We have mentioned the list of Pick & Drop Locations in the App / Website for each City.
What is the pickup and return times?
Pick-Up Time is 08:30 am and Return Time is 10:30 pm.
Insurance and Safety Questions
Is insurance included in the rental?
Only our Vehicles are insured. You need to pay extra for any other Insurance.
What safety measures are in place for the caravan?
In our App, we are providing Panic Button, Share your journey option, a Dedicated CRM apart from a Dedicated Driver (and Helper in Voyager).
All the Caravans are being parked in the Authorised Properties only.
What should I do in case of an emergency or breakdown?
Apart from taking help from the Driver, our may call our CRM or our Helpline Number 24x7.
Additional Services Questions
Do you offer extras such as GPS, camping equipment, etc.?
Yes, we offer Bicycles, Camping Equipments, Bonfire, Bar-be-que, Portable Music System, GPS Tracking, Outdoor Kitchen facility etc.
Are there any recommended campsites or travel routes?
Yes, we do have recommended travel routes personally designed as per Customer’s taste & preference across locations.
Can I get assistance with trip planning?
Definitely, our CRM / Operations Manager will be more than happy to assist you in planning you trip to make your journey memorable.
