• 7 Days prior to the Booking Date – 30% Deductions

• In case of any Cancellations, Customer must provide their Bank Details.

Please note that all booking & service fees are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time frame. GST amount will only be refunded if not submitted to the concerned authority at the time of cancellation of booking.

Customers may modify their reservations up to 14 days prior to the rental date without incurring a modification fee.

In the event of a no-show on the scheduled rental date, no refund will be issued, and the entire rental cost will be charged.

Bharat Luxury Travel LLP working with the Brand Name of “Bharat Caravans” shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations under this cancellation policy due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Bharat Luxury Travel LLP working with the Brand Name of “Bharat Caravans” immediately of any cancellations or modifications. Cancellations are only considered valid when confirmed by Bharat Caravans.
